How to register with Active Help

Checklist items
To apply for Active Help services, you should:
- Have an NDIS number and plan showing the support and services you are eligible for.
- Have a copy of your NDIS plan with you.
For Support Coordination
- Have Support Coordination included in you NDIS plan under Capacity Building Support.
- Endorse Active Help as you Support Coordinator. You can contact NDIA or your Local Area Coordinator (LAC) for more help.
