All prices are maximums per hour and apply to NDIA-managed and plan-managed participants. Supports must be delivered by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (Exercise & Sports Science Australia). Each budget has two sets of codes, one per registration group: 0126 (Exercise Physiology & Personal Well-being) and 0128 (Therapeutic Supports). The price limits are identical.

Which code should you use?
- 12_027… when the participant's plan funds EP from Improved Health and Wellbeing. This is common for exercise programs that support physical health.
- 15_200… when it's funded from Improved Daily Living, for example therapy linked to daily living goals.
- If you're unsure, check the plan or ask the support coordinator before you invoice. A claim against the wrong budget will be rejected.

- Provider travel (_PT): up to $81.00 per hour nationally, only when agreed in the service agreement and within the travel limits in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
- Cancellations: only if your service agreement allows it and the cancellation meets the short-notice definition in the current Pricing Arrangements, generally less than 2 clear business days' notice.
